The features & operation totally rock: 1) persisent on all pages– your visitor can have an uninterrupted chat as they move all over your website. They will never lose the conversation behind a window or disconnect by leaving a page & responses make the gadget bounce on the screen of the visitor 2) Great visitor stats- where did they come from, what search term did they enter in a search engine to land on your site , what pages have they visited, what page are they on, 3) setup canned responses to all kinds of questions… 4) FORCE a conversation… ,the operator can force a small message to appear eg. ‘may I help you find something’ 5) Awesome control panel for the operator(s) or you can simply pipe the chats straight into the chat account you may already have on all day, eg. gtalk.
